My son and I just went to Signal hill Dental Care today; and met the new team, under the new management. My son and I share the same sentiment. From the moment we came in we felt very welcome. I have not been introduced to everyone but together with Dr. Mahsa, are your friendly all-around receptionist and staff from Ruby, Stephanie, Nancy, and the dental assistant Michelle, I did not get the name of the one who assisted with my son but I remember her, she too was very nice. The whole team and the people coming in from their other offices who were helping out are all great people, cordial and considerate. We look forward to going back for our future appointments. Even in the evening after the visit, Dr. Mahsa gave a follow text just to check on how my son and I were doing. The overall experience was wonderful!

I explained to him my concerns and he made sure that I was comfortable and happy. I couldn't have picked a better Dr myself. I had a great time at this dental clinic. For starters, I was greeted well by the receptionist. Soon after I met with the X-ray technician and she made sure that I wouldn't be burnt or injured by lab equipment. Apparently I had some issues with my teeth, needed deep cleaning, couple of crowns a couple of cavities. Yeah bad shape. Anyhow my dentist Dr Mahsa was really nice, she knew her stuff and went out of her way to make sure I wasn't in pain. Out of all the dentists that I have been to this place was the first one that got it right. I didn't feel the slightest bit of pain.
As for the billing, they let me know of my payment options, what my insurance covered and what I had to cover.
As for the four stars well I don't ever give a five as there is always room for improvement.
